Education & Reference - 10 October 2006

I havent had these boots for very long. But I noticed on one that the leather on top is starting to crack, whereas the other boot is fine. I would love to salvage the cracked areas. Is there any hope or is this a lost cause? Time for a whole new pair of boots?
BTW, I've already taken them to a shoe repair place. I've also tried mink oil and leather lotions, doesn't seem to help. Should I bother with that stuff called saddle soap?

I haven't been sleeping very well recently or at all or just coming home real late and i get up so early to go to school. When i get to school i'm wrecked...finding it hard to keep awake. Don't drink tea coffee or any othe caffeine laden drinks... Any techniques that keep you awake without having bewildered looks from your teachers or possibly a book being flown at you?

I'm currently collaborating on a book dealing with classroom discipline. Would you consider classroom discipline problems to be the #1 problem facing the teachers of today?
