I work in a special educational preschool program, and have notice that this one child likes to kill bugs by ripping them apart and thinks it is funny! The child also gets very angery, very hyper, and cant keep there hands to themselves. I am very concern about this. I am only an 1:1 aide for an other student. I am not a teacher.

It said,
"Solve these problems with any method."
So I decided to solve the problems using matrix, which I learned from my friends but did not learn in class yet.
I got the correct answer but she totally marked the question wrong.
Out of 100%, she took off 14% because I solved it by using matrix even when it said I could use any method.
I told her that I did it with using matrix and showed her the instruction where it said solve with any method.
However, she refused to change my grade.
I honestly don't feel it is fair.
I mean, come on, I had the correct answer.
If I had that correct, I would have got 94%, but she took off 14% and got 80%.
Can I sue her or something?
What can I do about this?
