Recently, my school in NYS had implemented ID cards for students that must be visible at all times. They are also required to be able to buy lunch from the cafeteria. No ID card, no food, and you must register for a temporary card which will give you detention. This poses a problem when people lose cards, etc. Is this completely acceptable? I'm sure other schools might have it much worse, it's just an inconvenience.

I think it is wrong for students to ask others to do their homework for them here. Don't get me wrong, asking for help and guidance is fine, but when you get the questions like: "complete / solve this equasion, show the work/steps" to me is wrong. Maybe I am just jealous because I didn't have this as a resorce when I was in school, so any answers were my own, right or wrong. But, I had to do the work and learn it myself.
And here is something to consider to all those asking for help; how do you know the answer you get is right and that people are not messin' with you so you will look stupid? Food for thought.
