I have no idea what you mean: are you referring to things that existed in the 60's which don't exist now? Perhaps you are only referring to go-go boots, bell-bottoms or Beatle haircuts rather than the Mercury space capsules which are in the Smithsonian.
On the other hand, I hear they had better manners, but that was when they began to discard them quickly. They had the war in Viet Nam too, something we stupidly took over from the French, who botched the job terribly. I guess that's what we get when we fight wars with rules. Of course the SE Asians didn't exactly prosper due to the atrocities in the area after we left. Sometimes I think all of the war protesters then are the adults now who inhabit San Francisco. Maybe we can give N. Korea the coordinates.

One of my favorite things was my mood ring. It was supposed to change color with your mood, but what it really did was react to temperature. It was fun, though.
