Unless you smoke, wouldn't you rather smell the food, instead of people smoking around you?

I just would like to see what places people like. Please do not list ridiculous places like fast food chains, or restaurant chains. i.e. I do not go to Olive Garden's, Red Lobster, Friday's etc. Don't waste your time with these places because I could care less about a chain. Thanks in advance!

I've been a chef for over 20 years. Within that time I have never worked with anyone that had thought of or commited such disgusting acts to an order like I've been reading here or seen on that stupid movie! So, I'm curious if anybody has actually seen this activity and what did you do?
I think for myself, I would probably get violent and beat the living sh** out of you (if I don't stab you first)

I wish to set up a healthy "cook your own food" restaurant, similar in concept to a Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu or Hot Pot (Chinese Fondue) restaurant from Japan or China, in London, England.

I wish to know what legal restrictions there will be for allowing customers to cook their own food and for each table to have thermostatically controlled cooking equipment (i.e. hot pots with boiling water in them).

Are there any special restrictions in the UK for eating places where raw food is to be delivered to the customer and then cooked by them above and beyond what "normal" restaurants require to conform to?

Thanks in advance!

I am getting ready to order Pizza for my family and I haven't decided which place to order from.

My choices are Pizza Hut, LaRosa's, Papa Johns or Domino's.

I'm just curious what other people think....

Ok...now days I NEVER EVER have cash. You just whip out the credit card or debit..and I just pay my bill every month in full on-line or send a check to pay it. You can pay with a card everywhere!!!! So I went to eat at Ponderosa a few weeks ago and we paid with a card, ate, had great service, then when it was time to go.....I had no cash...I was used to paying afterward and you can put the tip onto your credit card bill.....we ran fast! I felt bad. What do you think?

I am not talking about bad service. I have seen $60.00 bills only tipped $2.00. What's up with that? The IRS assumes that a $60.00 bill will generate a 10% tip which would be $6.00. So a $2.00 tip actually generates a loss for the server. And at the resturant I work at, tip shares are also deducted from the servers to be paid to the hostess and bartender. And the company only pays the server $2.13 an hour!!!!
