next best thing, khubla khan, merchant city, they have loads of fresh ingredients all layed out, vegetables, meats, fish, and herbs and spices. you take a bowl, put it together and they cook it in front of you on a hot plate while you sit and watch, then take it back to your table, you can go back as many times as you like so you can try many different thing, the shark was delicious but i wasnt too keen on the boar, but they have suggestion recipie boards for those less knowledgable of what they like and what goes together, fun night out as everyone inevitably makes different things, fun trying out lots of new stuff. bon appetite
