In the commercial they are inhaling when they talk and when they start exhaling they blow fire out of their mouths....for some reason, it cracks me up EVERYTIME...i want to find it online but i dont know how to search b/c i dont know what chain it is. thanks guys

"the service promise", the "guest connection", the "feel special". I work on these points every day and pour my heart into my job. Yesterday I worked 7 and 1/2 hours straight and at the end of the day I was written up for not using the word promise to a table. Doesn't matter if I made the happy or not, they had great service, but I didn't use the word "promise" . This job is just nuts, any others agree?
