Just put pancakes on the menu, otherwise your restaurant will have to be open twenty-four hours a day.

They are both good concepts but the pancake house appeals to families that might not want kids around the alcohol and sometimes the sports fans get rowdy. The two probably need to be separate, if at the same location. Plus the little kids might also turn away some of the bar patrons as well.

yea that sounds good. but you always have to remember that when there is alcohol involved that anything can change. people can get wild and if there is a pancake house there too that there will probably be kids there and you wouldn't want kids around a bar scene.

Bad Idea, and not very original. How about a" Rock and Roll Hot Dog Bar" with Mud Wrestling and Keno?

Really, how many sport guys or gals would eat pancakes while watching football?
I suggest you do some VALID research into your concept.

Bar people, especially sports, don't want to watch their language around kids.

Pancake people don't want to hear a half time show.

But, hey, if chicken and waffles worked for Roscoe....
