When you say 'no cheap restaurants'.. i wonder why? I can name one that is 'inexpensive' for sure, but the food is dynamite. It's the ELLIS ISLAND PATIO. They serve dynamite bar-b-que. And, it's no more than $9 or $10. You're going to get ribs, 1/2 a chicken, corn, slaw, and 2 other things. Everything. (((( it cannot be ordered in the main restaurant, patio only )))). Go there after sundown in the spring/summer. It's great.

The PARIS offers two restaurants with sidewalk dining. One is asian, the other more parisan-american. They are Ah Sin, and Mon Am Gabi. Both are good, but pricey. They serve a TON of wine @ Mon Am Gabi (spell?).

NYNY, has patio/sidewalk dining for one of their eateries, cannot remember it's name. It sits adjacent to the so-called brooklyn bridge. A small dining area, but seems to be pretty happening on fri/satur nights.

Margaritaville has multiple levels - with the highest one overlooking a long stretch of the strip/sidewalk. This is at the Flamingo Hotel. They have great margaritas and 'fair' mexican food. I'm really being serious here. For people watching - it's THE BEST. But, if you want great mex food, eh, not so good. I say, try it out... get a 'rita & some chips/salsa - relax for a bit & be on your way.

good luck

You pay a pretty penny to dine outside on the Strip. There is only one reasonable place I know of at the Paris. You dine right on the Strip. I know the Bellagio has a few restaurants on the water, which faces The Strip.........good luck

There is a place at the Paris Las Vegas with seating on Las Vegas Blvd. I don't remember the name.

They are doing construction in that area, so I would call to make sure the outside seating is open.

you could try Mon Ami Gabi at Paris (great food and views of the Bellagio fountains), or Olives at Bellagio (overlooks the lake).

Have fun!
