I recently was given a KLH Digital TV. The problem is that the parental control is on, and I don't have the passcode, so the V-chip will not let me watch any R rated movies. Is there any way to either reset the passcode or turn the V-chip off without knowing the current code? Incidentally, the model number is: KT2006, and the TV was made in Feb. 2003. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.

I had problems with blue color about 1 yr ago and turned the blue projection light so it was livable. But now the red has lost focus and get double vision on left side of screen. Can this be fixed at reasonable cost? Any way I can fix myself? Have repair knowledge in variety of areas.

This is all I know so far: the satellite signal (cable) comes from the wall and hooks up to the splitter that has two cables (In 1 and In 2 is what they're called) that go into the back of the satellite box. There's also a third cable that goes from the splitter to the back of the box into a connection that is labeled " TV ch 3-4". Then I have the phone cable hooked up to the back of the box along with the RCA cables. I have to more advanced RCA Cables (red, green, and blue) hooked up from my LCD to my DVD player. Now I just need to know what cables hook up between the LCD and the satellite box and where exactly. The other connections that I have benhind the box that do not have anything hooked up to it are labeled "CH 21-69 OUT" and "Cable/TV Antenna"

We currently have comcast, and to be honest I think their tv package sucks. It costs a fortune, and we don't even get to choose our two incldued premium channels. We're thinking of getting DirectTV instead, but from what I understand, satteltie tv has a bad reuptation for poor reception, having to adjust the dish, service interrupted by weather, etc. What is your opinion.

i have an hdtv monitor from dish network (RCA d40w20), and the screen is slightly shifted to the left thus showing black bar on the right and the picture appears as zoomed-in thus cropping the top and bottom (and left, not right since the right side is already misalign too much too the left)

i tried the auto-convergence from the setup menu but it didn't fix the problem. anyone out there know the answer to my problem?

thanks in advance

can someone send me a link to a website that shows the differences between the High Defintion signals?

Like show images of what a 480p, 720p and 1080i or 1080p look's like?

And, honestly do normal people really see a difference in picture?

Which can pick up the most free channels a frewview box from an aerial or a freeview box that works from a salelite disk.

Looking in a local supermarket they were selling a freeview box that worked with a satelite dish (cost £40 the lot seems a bargain)

This is for uk use!

I plan on buying a hd tv very soon. I plan to use this mainly for games on my xbox 360. I usually sit approximately 48 to 50 inches from my current 20 inch lcd screen.
My question is, would a 26, 32 or 40 inch screen be to big to play on?
What do you think is the optimum size tv for this set up?

I know Plasmas are supposed to be transported upright. How about LCDs? Is it safe to bring one home from the store laying down flat?It will be in its factory shipping box, so no worries about physical breakage...
