I had problems with blue color about 1 yr ago and turned the blue projection light so it was livable. But now the red has lost focus and get double vision on left side of screen. Can this be fixed at reasonable cost? Any way I can fix myself? Have repair knowledge in variety of areas.

It can certianly be fixed, but reasonable cost is another question. More than likely, you're looking at $800+. Hardly worth the money since you can get a new television for just more than twice that. My suggestion would be to get a membership at Costco and buy your television there. Their return policy is such that if something were to go wrong with your tv within a few years, they would allow you to return it for a refund. Since televisions boast that the tv's will last 20+ years, if it doesn't last ten with no more than reasonable maintenance, they will let you bring it back.

*EDIT*

look, kc2irv, I respect that you're answer is different than mine, but you don't need to insult me. I'd appreciate it if you left your personal problems with me, whatever they may be and for whatever reason you may have them, aside.
