i have a phillips dvd player that has an hdmi output to transform regular movies into hd movies. can i also play movies that are already in hd?

im trying to play fight night online, i have my ethernet cable plugged in and all, and the fight loads, and after about 10 seconds, it says you have been singed out of the PLAYSTATIONnetwork, and then it has i lost my connection to the other player, this always happens!! anyway i can fix it? when i test my internet connection all the tests pass too

ok so when i set my camera to the bulb mode and i press the shutter button and hold it, i can't see anything through the screen. is this normal?? or is there something I'm doing wrong or is there something wrong with my camera?? Anyone who can help, i really need it!! thanks in advance!

Does the xbox 360 arcade version have enough memory to store multiple saved games? That is all I would use it for is to save my progress in a few games at a time. I dont really want to spend the extra $70 if I dont have to. Thanks!!

Okay so i have a 15 in widescreen HD LCD tv and i love it except every once in a while it will say program blocked and the whole screen will turn blue but just for a few seconds then it will go away. It's fine other than that and i was just wondering if anyone knew why. Please don't say maybe the program is blocked because i know its not and my dad doesnt know either so that could not be the case.

For years I've been buying Fuji cd blanks and stuck to Fuji. It said All Purpose 80 Min 700 mb. I had no problem, using it to record from Sony cd recorder/player. They must have taken it off the market. Bought Maxell CD-R also 80 min 700mb..but recorder doesn't record.Recently I bought TDK CD-R 80 min, 700mb and works fine...but it does say music on outer label.
So do I have to be extra careful in that it should say music or all purpose from now on? Wouldn't you think 80 Min 700mb would be exactly the same for ALL cd blanks?

I have many video files which I would I find are much too large, I would like to compress them to about 110MB for 20 minutes (which I've seen done before with AVI's) without any visible loss to quality (Its animation)
Any suggestions for codec, settings etc, and please do not say Xvid or DivX, I find both impossible to achieve good results with.

I really want all current gen consoles like I did with last gen consoles. I already have a Wii and currently I have enough money to buy a PS3 or 360. Most of my friends have a 360 but I do enjoy being the only person in my group of friends to have something. Also what starting games should I get with the one I pick. If I bought a PS3 I want to buy Resistance or Warhawk with it and if I buy a 360 I'll probly buy like CoD 4 or the Orange Box. This is a really hard decision so your answer will help.

We bought a new Samsung 46" lcd tv for Christmas, and I knew that the SD picture wouldn't be very good, so I called and had Dish upgrade me to the HD receiver and dish. When it was all hooked up, both the tech and I were very disappointed with the HD picture. If the picture was still, it looked OK, but if there was movement (like a football game), there was so much pixeling around whatever was moving that it looked like a SD signal. If you turn on the preview guide, the small preview screen looks great, but awful if you go to full screen. Signal strength is good, and we tried two different HD receivers, but no better picture. Is there a setting on the TV that I'm missing somewhere, or is there something wrong with the TV itself?

I hear its a great value and has great gameplay in all games included and its gotten great reviews but I also hear that when it was ported over to PS3 it got really bad.. I am low on games and I'm looking to build my library and this is a game that I'm looking at, on ebay I found one as low as $48 so I wanna get it. But as people who have played it or own it (hopefully) is it worth it to get it for PS3? thx
