The only good reason to do it would be if you got one for a good price. Unless you find one for $200.00 or less I wouldn't do it. The risks are just too high for something like that. Besides, you don't UPS or FedEx throwing it around, that could cause damage that might not show up until later. That'd be bad, especially since you might have trouble with the warranty since you won't have an original purchase receipt.

I would not recommend buying something like an XBOX 360 at ebay ! If you're using a credit cardm I'd recommend buying from an online retailer such as target, wal-mart, game stop, eb games or buy.com !
Also check for deals such as free games or xbox live subscriptions etc etc ! I know sony is offering spiderman 3 blu ray dvd movie with the purchase of a 40GB PS3 and you also get 5 free blu-ray dvd movies ! If you order from sonystyle.com, they include a free controller !
Take your time and shop around ! Check sites like fatwallet.com and slickdeals.net for deals on systems !

i buy alot of stuff off ebay.. nothing to major tho.. personally i wouldnt buy something that big off ebay.. but just check there feedback score an stuff an i guess you should be okay. =]

depends, if u use pay pal then its sort of safe. costs more though. my old man buys a whole bunch of crap on ebay, & always gets 2 da house fine.

I buy from ebay all the time, and never had a problem. Just make sure that the seller rating is above 95%

not safe at all. becauce of pay pal. they like to get ppl mad and ebay first of all likes to charge alot of money for shipping and handeling. and second of all they like to have false info on the products. i orderd things from there and i didnt get what i wanted to get and i got charged so much on shipping and handeling. the best bet is to go to a retail store like best buy and get it.

We bought us a wii just a few weeks ago from ebay and it was fine. Check the feedback from buyers and make sure its a good score. Buy the product that comes with a sales receipt.
