I hear its a great value and has great gameplay in all games included and its gotten great reviews but I also hear that when it was ported over to PS3 it got really bad.. I am low on games and I'm looking to build my library and this is a game that I'm looking at, on ebay I found one as low as $48 so I wanna get it. But as people who have played it or own it (hopefully) is it worth it to get it for PS3? thx

if u haven't played half life 2 then get it it is worth it
it may not be as good as on the 360 but it is GREAT !!! 5 games in 1 blu ray disc
the game rocks ! and u will like it , this is the onlt game that i lived , i lived the invasion of the " combine " the aliens

If you don't have a good PC or 360 then yea it should be worth it, but the PS3 is the worst system to buy it on. You don't need an overly expensive PC to run this thing. My PC has a 70 dollar video card and still runs it.
