My TV has a built in freeview box and I have my DVD recorder setup with the following:

Aerial is connected to the DVD,
RF out from DVD connected to TV,
Scart connection between DVD and TV,

At the moment I can watch the digital channels but can only record the analogue ones. How can I get the DVD to record the digital channels?

I lost the adapter for my piano, should I just get sell the piano? It takes 6dd bateries if I don't have the plug. I paid 100.00 so it's not one of those serious pianos. However if I could get the adapter I would keep it instead of selling it at my garage sale. It's a yamaha PSR-280.

I want to create a photo CD to send to family that will play on the DVD player, but I don't have a DVD burner. Is it possible to create a slide show on CD-R that will play in a DVD player, or is a DVD burner (and accompanying blank DVD's) absolutely necessary to accomplish this?

I have a Creative Nomad Jukebox 1 and it said alkalines would only last less than an hour and it takes 4 AA. It has Creative brand batteries with it that are AA NiMh with 1200mAh and it said those should last about 4 hours. I have 12 of those 4 are sealed 8 have been used an unknown number of times. I also have 4 Energizer 2500mAh AA. So what I am wondering is, is what mAh does lithium AA's have and how long the Energizer batteries will last me as far as playing time in hours goes. The Energizer batteries have not seen much use. And how long would lithium batteries last playing time wise.

Is there one that will also connect to my existing home theatre system? I would like one that's small enough to store away. I also would like to know the best way to get the songs I want for it. I've never used one or had one, so I'm totally clueless. Any good information will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

My year old 25 dollar DVD player broke this week and I just want to get rid of it. I am sure it isn't of much use to anyone but does one just throw it in the trash or are there places one can take such things?

I tried to listen to different things and it didnt work. I know that they are on the right volume and that they are plugged in and on. BTW the speakers i have came with the computer). But i no the speakers work because when i plug them into my Ipod, they work fine. Maybe there is something wrong with where i plgged them in. PLease help! Thanxx!!!

I'm wondering if this is possible as my MP3 player/recorder has a line in socket but no mic socket. Would this work? Or would I need a special kind of microphone?
