I though the Mac's stuff was more user friendly than the PC versions, but it is never the case. Specifically if I want to select music to play I have to individually click each box. I don't see a way to select a lot of different songs at a time, and when I want to clear the selection, I have to go through and unclick each individual box. This is so 80's computer tech, it gets annoying, does anyone know of an easier way to select and deselect music??

I've loved Van Morrison's music forever. I'm trying to find the CD that has the single "These are the Days (the days of Summer)" on it. It played at the end of the movie 'Nine Months' with Hugh Grant and Julianne Moore. (Nice comedy/romantic movie.)

I can't find it! Any Van Morrison gurus out there?

ok so i had an ipod mini...then it got stolen...
so i started using my mom's ipod mini..
iplugged it into the computer...went into itunes on it...got the song that i wanted to be on it..
then i hit "update ipod"
but...when i clicked it.. this popped up "this ipod already has songs in it..do you want to replace all songs with the songs in your library"?...so i hit no...but when i hit no..they wouldn't let me upload my songs nto her ipod...so i went to "udpdate ipod" again...and this time i clicked yes...but now allllll her songs are gone...i was wondering...is there a way to have her songs and my songs at the same time? and is there a way i can restore her songs?

Everytime im listening on my ipod and a music video that I bought from Itunes shows up, i find it annoyin, so I wanted to know if there is a way to get rid of it from showing up on my ipod music section

hi there. i am sending a gift to my cousin in Russia. I have Zen micro myself and i love it but it's pretty expensive in Canada...280$...so i want something around.$199. I dont want to get her an Ipod because they break so often..and if one breaks in Russia..there is no way it can be fixed. I dont want to risk it..but can u suggest me something? and what's the difference between flash and hard drive mp3?

I heard that after the 2nd Ipod your computer will not recognize any more.

If possible, please state what generation your machine is, when you got it and whether or not it's died on you yet. Any advice you can offer to prolong an iPod's life is also very much appreciated. I'm doing this to make sure myself and others get the best info possible before we make such a big investment. Thanks! =)

My office is far too loud to get anything done and I can't take it anymore. Ipod earbuds aren't cutting it anymore. Is silence too much to ask for?

I read CNet's reviews on noise-cancelling headphones, but I want real-world views.

Does anyone use noise-cancelling headphones? How well do they work day to day? Silence is GOLDEN.

I bought a lovely new MP3 player as a present for myself then found I can't use it because the installation software doesn't recognise Windows pre XP. I have no intention of buying expensive new software or even a new computer just to indulge a whim of having an MP3 player. Are there any players out there which will still be compatible with such an outdated computer?

I'm thinking of buying an iPod video but I heard that the batteries in iPods die like in two years then you have to get a new player. I wouldn't want to have to blow another 300 in just 2 yrs. I want something that has a lot of space, can store videos and photos for viewing, and that will last. Any suggestions?

Or does it just make the acoustic sound louder? Also, if it does sound the same as an electric, would the acoustic sound get in the way of the electric sound if the amp is not on a loud enough setting?
