put the song into itunes and the next time you connect your ipod to your pc it will update your ipod with the new songs

Just plug your ipod into the USB slot with the ipod USB cord and open Itunes. It takes about 30-45 seconds and then your Ipod will show up in the playlists column. At the top where it tells you what song is playing, it will say "Updating Ipod". It will also say this on your ipod. Just wait for it to finish updating and it will say "Update complete."
