I have just discovered that you can copy music from other people on your ps3 via what i can only guess are local servers. What is the legal status of this?

I've been reading up on the the adapter that allows you to transfer PS2 and One game saves onto the PS3 hard drive. My question is couldn't I technically use My PS2 AR Max Drive Disc on my PS2 to transfer my game saves to my PSP hard drive/memory card and then use the USB transfer cord to upload the saves onto the PS3?

I have a 100 dollar off rebate from fye for the ps3. It states that it needs the original upc code off of box. I also want to get the 5 free blu ray discs, which states it needs the code, but doesnt state i cant use a photocopy like fye stated. How can i work this out, please help me out!!

Whenever i try to load my MGS3 action replay disk on my old ps2, it brings up a message saying either the disk cant be read, or 'PLEASE INSERT A PLAYSTATION OR PLAYSTATION2 FORMAT DISK', both seperate messages. Anyone know if i need to do something for the disk to work?

Our family uses Wild Blue through Dish Network, and Dish Network has informed us that there is a cap on the amount of mb we are allowed to use up every month. If my son gets a PS2 and plays it online a few hours each day will it put us over the edge for mb usage? We are currently close as it is because their limits are very restricting. I would hate for my son to purchase a PS3 and find that he can only use it an hour a week. I have had to give up on Second Life because of this mb cap Dish Network has.

It gives the message "if you do not establish a remote play connection within a certain period of time your PS3 will turn off automatically."
But after it 'shuts off' it just powers back on over and over. Either I'm doing something wrong, or SONY needs to playtest their **** before they bring out more 'updates'

i was looking at ebay and found two differnt cover for pes 2008. If u guys know what are the differences? and is online good on pes 2008 on ps3? and if i buy one of these since my ps3 i bought from canada will it work? the cost of these pes 2008 are around 80-100 is it worth it? and when will it release on canada? thx

I just got done playing the psp chains of olympus demo and it was amazing. I was worried about how they would work in the controls but they have done well (dodge rolling takes some getting used to but its nothing big). The graphics were amazing and nearly on par with any ps2 game, this is also the first game where the chains around kratos's arms are raised and not simply flat. The PS3 version is going to of the wall. What does everyone else think about the demo? Also, I have an original psp and the square button feels weird when i press it (almost like a keyboard key with something under it). I have heard about this before but im not sure, any opinions? Thanks.
