I'm using the control that comes with the PS3 and I was wondering if the sixaxis works wirelessly? The only time I have gotten it to work is if I have it directly connected into the USB port. It would make a whole lot of sense that it would work wirelessly, so how do i get the sixaxis to work?

I am thinking about purchasing a PS3, what are the major benefits of having the 80GB version over the 40GB version, are save files really that large?I recall from my PS2 the saved games are merely kilobytes in size. What can people possibly save on their hard drives that requires 80GBs?

Will I ever have the need for four usb ports? This is in reference to the 40gib PS3 and the 60/80gib PS3. Much rather only spend $400 on a ps3 instead of the $500 if I don't need the extra ports and seeing as I rarely play PS2 games.

I just got a 40 Gig PS3. I mainly got it for the Blu-ray and it's awesome. I also got Ratchet and Clank since i heard a lot of good things about it. But after playing through a few levels, i went to my dashboard and looked around a bit. I noticed that the game took a whole 477 Mb on my hard drive. That's on top of the 1337 Kb that each game save takes. Do all PS3 games take up half a Gig of space??!!!? Or do some take less...or even worse...more?!? thanks for the reply.

i have been a playstation fan since the ps1 came out. the ps3 has lots of potential in the future with killzone 2,ut3 warhawk ect. but the 360 has halo 3. for the price in total the ps3 will cost 535 dolllars including tax. the xbox 360 will cost more for what the ps3 has to offer. what should i buy???

I recently purchased a Sony PS3. I went with the 40GB version because I already have a PS2 and rarely play it. I bought the system mainly for the Blu-Ray player but I thought it would be cool to surf the internet and chat with other players.

This Is not to offend (se)xbox Fanboys . I have Just checked that saints row (a xbox 360 exclusive) will be having a sequel on both X360 and ps3 .... What Happened ????
