What is the best memory card to use for the PS3?

What is the best memory card to use for the PS3? Are memory sticks the best? If so which one? Or should I use a flash or SD card? I'm not tech savvy and I wasn't sure which one to buy.

I know I dont need one, but I transfer files from my PC like new themes. Again WHAT'S THE BEST MEMORY CARD TO USE? Should I just stick to memory stick since I have so many other Sony products?

You don't need one. That's what the hard disc is for. (i.e. the 40GB, 60GB or 80GB)
The memory card slots are there so you can transfer music, pics etc from other things to your PS3 (e.g. camera, PSP, etc)
