I have one and love it. Some very good games are out for it now and more on the way. It would make a great gift to a gamer who doesn't have one and the Blue-Ray player built in is a plus.

I have the 60GB PS3, and yes the PS3 would make the perfect Christmas gift. For most people that still only have PS2's, it would probably be the best gift that they ever got if they were given a PS3.
