at first it stopped reading games
then later on it stopped reading dvds
and i have my ps2 open right now

A family member is in a wheelchair and has no use of her left hand/arm. Right hand/arm is fine. She was a good (real) tennis player, but has no experience with video games.

For some reason, on some of the games I have the flipping play station wont work, such as family guy which I bought at walmart. Can someone tell me how can i resolve this problem? I tried cleaning the lenses in the ps2 a lot of times and cleaning the CD. What can I do? I think it is the PS2 that doesnt read it or the CD. Im really confused please help/.

i like the ps3 and i like the 360,i already have a wii but i just got it for smash bros brawl. the ps3 does not have any really great games out for it,i know it sounds weird but im not into metal gear i do like heavenly sword and ninja gaiden sigma.if i do get a ps3 i could just play my wii untill better ps3 games come out.

now theres the 360,better shooters and i already pre ordered naruto rise of a ninja.i dont mine paying for online.i love the 360,but i dont want to hassle with the (red rings of death),i dont want to have my disk scratched up and i dont want to have to go through all these precautions just to play my 360 examples,you have to put it horizontal or it cant be on the carpet.i dont want to be playing rise of a ninja and then my 360 freezes

ps ( i hate halo)

I have a 20 gb ps3 I have 12 of 18 gb avbailable. I am trying to play the new ratchet and clank I rented from blockbuster.

the game is telling me I need 419 mb freed up on my hdd for the initial set up free some space and try again...

How is that possible if 1 gb = 1000+ mbs?

Can anyone help me get this straightened out?

My laptop is connected to the Internet wirelessly. I cant run a Ethernet cable straight from my router cuz it is too far away, and I don't wanna buy a wifi adapter...

it happened on a suikoden 3 disc (pirated) i saved the game without any interference whatsoever...i checked at the browser and saw a blue block that says corrupt data... i cant delete that data and im afraid it might damage my other saved files (the memory card is only new, like 3 days old and only 5 saved files)... so please help me,,, i dont know what to do and im afraid that if i use this memory card it might damage my console

I have a playstation 2, were it have been working well.. Recently i got some interesting game CDs, But it is a pirated one,.. I found its not working in my PS2 , it showing "Please Insert Playstation format disc". But these CDs are well working in my friend's PS2.. Also It plays film DVDs very well..
