PS3 Controller Charging?

I was wondering can you charge you ps3 controller using a V3 Razor Phone Charger

I have a V3 Razor Phone, and I did try to charge my PS3 controller with my cell phone charger, but it didn't work because the red lights weren't flashing but I wish it did work so that I could just plug it into a wall.

They dont have the necessary drivers, though I do find my laptop is a nice quick access to charge up my controller via usb.
