Can I play NTSC games on my PAL PS3? (I have an HD-TV)?

I'm in Canada for another 3 months and was wondering whether i can bring back some games since they're cheaper

Yes, you can play those games. PS3 games are region free, PS2 games and movies aren't.

no its different electricity volts, ntsc is america and canada, pal is europe and australia, it wont work mate sorry.
