does anyone know, can you copy playstation games with just a cd/dvd burner? How can you do it?

Yes but you need the right software. I think nero and Alcohol 120% are most popular

For PS2 - yes, but its illegal. BTW, modded PS2s are wearing off their lenses much faster, than PS2s with legit games.
