I have a digital camera case in which I could store my camera as well as my mobile phone in a separate pocket. Could the phone (it's radiation at least) it casue any damages to my digital camera?

I have a few DVDs from overseas and I want to buy a DVD player that can play them as well as my region 1 US DVDs. Are there any players that do that? (I've also heard that there's a disc you can buy that tricks a DVD player into playing another region's DVDs.....any info on that?)

Also, if I had a multi-regional DVD player, I heard that a new encoding format for Region 1 DVDs, RCE, won't be able to be played on a multi-regional player. Is this true? Do I need to worry about the new blue discs and HD discs that are coming out not being able to be played on such a player?

Last year around July I bought an Ipod. Around December I was listening to this band on random and it started going crazy skipping song to song. It wouldnt stop skipping songs, wouldnt let me pause or anything.

I took it to Mac they tried to fix it and had to give me a refurbished one because it was f***ed. Around March of this year I was at work listening to the SAME band on random and it happened AGAIN....it took me a while to go get it fixed by that time my warranty had expired :(

Im thinking the band I was listening to had a corrupt file cuz I downloaded those songs.I wanna get a new ipod but Im scared to spend 300$ and have it happen again. I have over 1000 songs and it could possibly be ANY of those.

What should I do ?

its damn costly in our place the starting price for a 5.1 with AV receiver is from 600$ so not much scope for upgradation.

The advertising says, "Designed to repel: ants, mice, rats, cockroaches, squirrels, bats, fleas, crickets, spiders, bees, waterbugs, and flies." Oddly enough, this device doesn't bother cats and dogs. Do these things really work? Do you have experience with them? Thanks!
