My ipod got stolen earlier today, My bag was snatched and that was in it, I only got it on the 28th of may and I checked and its under warranty. I reported it to the police so I have proof it really did get stolen but my friend broke hers and apple replaced it, Ive checked the warranty and it states -
It does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Apple products; (b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Apple; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Apple; or (d) if any Apple serial number has been removed or defaced.

It doesnt mention anything about theft or so on so Is it likely they would replace it?

Stealing isnt nice :(

I have tried every setting possible in every setting.... in and outside..... and every one of my pic's are still to dark, especially the ones inside. I use both of the flashes that are on the camera.... does anyone have any advice??

I have 2 subwoofers, 400W RMS, 800W max each, wired at 2 ohms each. I've looked online on http://www.powerstream.com/Wire_Size.htm, and it doesn't really say much about power, only about amperes, and I have no idea what voltage is on the amplifier output to calculate how many watts or amperes there are. So, the question is - what gauge wires do I need if I decide to wire both subwoofers to my amp in mono, and need to run at least 6 feet, preferably 15 feet long wire? I have 18 gauge wire and plan to use about 15 feet of it to connect the subwoofer - is the wire going to fry when I run 1000 watts through it? Another question - how exactly does the volume knob works? "Turn it clockwise and sound increases" is not good enough. When I turn the knob - does the voltage in the wire increase or amperage? Maybe, both?
P.S. Please stick to the topic and talk about wires and volume knobs only.

I understand that if you want to develop a digital cam pic and have it print out to 6x4", that the dimension has to be at least 1800x1200... Currently my camera takes pics at 2400x1900, which is very large, and the file size for each pic is about 2.3megs... In ACDSee i resized it to 2300x1700, and the file size dropped all the way to 316KB.. That's a dramatic drop from 2.3megs.. and i only resized it a little.... do you think the quality of the pic is much lessened because of this? I cant tell on my screen, but will i tell when i develop the pics?

PSP BlenderWhats it for? I can get uTorrent for free. I Can Get BETTER search resaults using mininova or w/e, and it doesn't even give me a guide on how to load games to my psp when im donw downloading it. So, What did i pay the $37 for?

I have an Olympus camera and had no idea that the camera would toggle between file types. Now I've got some really great pictures on my memory card that I can't open on my PC or even at the Kodak picture maker machine in Walmart.

I recently switched from Sprint PCS to another carrier. I was with Sprint for 4 years. After I switched, Sprint claims that I owe them $150 for early termination and that recently I renewed my agreement (not true). I sent them a letter telling them I disputed the charge and paid the airtime charge less the penalty on the last bill. They now are threatening to report to the credit agencies. I have heard that there is some regulations or agency rules (i.e. FCC or FTC) that require a company to respond to disputes in a certain time. It has been three months since my letter requesting proof of renewing my contract. WHAT LAWS OR AGENCIES CONTROL HOW DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CELL PHONE COMPANIES SHOULD WORK? Specific statutes, codes or links would be helpful. I just dont want to damage my credit.
