if you have a scanner and a 56k modem, you can fax it with your computer. i think windows comes with fax software.

You could try a grocery store. At the customer service desk you can do a lot of things...pay bills, buy concert tickets, and fax things.

The cool thing is that when you are done, you can pick up a chicken.
