The advertising says, "Designed to repel: ants, mice, rats, cockroaches, squirrels, bats, fleas, crickets, spiders, bees, waterbugs, and flies." Oddly enough, this device doesn't bother cats and dogs. Do these things really work? Do you have experience with them? Thanks!

Well, I have not seen those devices actually work as the advertisement claims, But if it has any effect on insects, I guess it has effect on us as well. If the frequecncy emitted by the ultrasonic device matches with the resonating frequency of any of our body part(skull) then we are in trouble. Use waves of 8Hz frequency with a chicken and see its skull breaking in minits. 8Hz is the resonating frequency of a chicken's skull.
