You need a TV capture card with RCA inputs.
Then you need to buy software that deals with analog input.
Pinnacle has a variety of software that can deal with analog input.
Just make sure the edition you buy is AV compatable.
Check it out at pinnaclesys.com.

in order to upload the video to a computer, you'll need a capture card like pinnacle's dazzle (tv tuner card can also be used) to convert the analog signal to digital ones.
connect your camcorder to the capture device using the multi a/v cable. then connect the capture device to the computer using usb cable. power up everything. open capturing/editing software like WMmaker or pinnacle or even nero, start capturing and save the file. You can then burn the file to a dvd or transfer to another media type and watch it at the tv. also, you can watch it on the computer with the saved file.

glad to be of help
