I just signed up with a new carrier, purchased a plan, added two lines, and puchased three phones. I asked that they assign sequential phone numbers, but I was told that it was against a federal law to do so. Does anyone know what/why? Thanks.

this was for ring tones which sounded like a great idea
I never use, nor know HOW to use - this "thing" I supposedly signed up for. Nor do I realize I have it. When I recv'd my cell bill, questioned, was told this is the only way to dispute. This actually makes less sense as i found there is no actual way to STOP by going to mobile sidewalk.com
