Blocking Caller ID Per Call
You can block your wireless number from displaying on a per call basis.
To activate, dial *67 + number to be blocked.
Permanent Caller ID Blocking
Block your wireless number from displaying on a permanent basis.
To activate, dial *65.
Permanent Caller ID Unblocking
Your wireless number is preset to display when you place a call. If you previously activated Permanent Caller ID Blocking, you can reactivate Permanent Unblocking.
To reactivate, dial *85.
Unblocking Caller ID Per Call
Use this feature if you've activated Permanent Caller ID Blocking, to display your number on a per call basis.
To activate, dial *82 + number to be unblocked.

Three-way calling
Three-Way Calling (also called conference calling, or conferencing) permits you to connect a third party to an established call. See your phone's user guide for specific three-way calling information.
ALLTEL
To make a three-way call:
While on a call, dial the third party's number.
Press SEND.
When the party answers, press SEND. All three parties are connected. If one party hangs up, you and the remaining party remain connected.

No answer transfer
By activating no answer transfer, calls are forwarded if your phone is not answered in five rings.

To activate:
Dial *71 + forwarding number. (If you forward to a 7-digit number, that number will always assume the same area code as your phone.)
Press SEND.
To deactivate:
Dial *710.
Press SEND.

Call forwarding
By activating immediate call forwarding, all calls to your wireless phone will immediately forward to the forwarding number (the default setting for call forwarding is for voice mail). Follow this procedure to forward your calls to another number.

To activate:
Dial *72 + forwarding number. (If you forward to a 7-digit number, that number will always assume the same area code as your phone.)
Press SEND.
To deactivate:
Dial *73.
Press SEND. If your subscribe to voice mail, your calls will again default to voice mail.

To activate:
Dial *71 + forwarding number.
Press SEND. Wait for tone.
Press END.
To deactivate:
Press *710.
Press SEND. Wait for tone.
Press END.
Call waiting
Call Waiting alerts you with a tone when you're on a call and another caller is trying to reach you. Call Waiting is active when you subscribe.

To deactivate call waiting before a call:
Dial *70 + the number you're calling.
To deactivate call waiting during a call:
Dial *70.

Voice mail
Voice Mail answers your phone when you're unable, and plays your personalized greeting.
ALLTEL
To use voice mail, first activate your mailbox, then initiate it (this includes setting a passcode and recording a greeting). Your wireless phone will notify you when you have a message (notification method depends on the phone). You can retrieve messages or turn your mailbox off/on at any time.
To turn on your voice mailbox:
From your wireless phone, dial *78.
Press SEND. Listen for confirmation tone.
To set up your voice mailbox:
From any phone, dial your 10-digit mobile number. (If your phone is programmed for Call Forwarding, you must deactivate it before checking your voice mail.)
When you hear the greeting, press #.
Listen to the prompts. Your default passcode is the last four digits of your mobile number.
Follow the prompts to change your passcode, record a greeting and your name.
To retrieve voice mail:
From any phone, dial your 10-digit mobile number. (If your phone is programmed for Call Forwarding, you must deactivate it before checking your voice mail.)
When you hear your greeting, press #.
Enter your passcode.
Follow the prompts.
To turn off voice mail:
Dial *780.
Press SEND. Listen for confirmation tone.

To set up your mailbox:
From any phone, dial your mobile telephone number.
When you hear the greeting, press # for one full second.
When prompted for your passcode, dial 1234.
Follow the prompts to set up your mailbox.

You have to call the phone company and tell tyhem to block any incoming calls coming from a particular number.

I think there is a way. call your phone provider and ask them. I am sure they can help.
