No the max, time a razr can record is 15 mins, u should go back to the store nd tell them to check it if only record 5 mins

I have a magenta razr v3. you can only record 30 second clips, not 1 minute.maybe you're accidentally pressing the stop button, or the back button. try it again and if you can't fix it, then contact t-mobile and they should give you a new phone with the device protection plan if you have it.

I dont have a Razor phone, but I do have a Motorola, with camera and video. Try checking the settings in your camera/video! I hope you can get it to work! GOOD LUCK!

I have a motorola SLVR, so assuming that they are similar, i can tell you to check this.
Your video settings may be set to "MMS" mode, which only lets you record for a few seconds. try changin that mode to 'maximum' video length mode, and it will let you record longer.
