Can you call 911 on a cell phone even if you don't pay a bill? Is there a web site about this?

I have a Nikon Coolpix P2 Digital Camera. I installed Picture Project, tried Kodak Easy Share....also Adobe Photoshop 2. Since I don't really know how to edit, crop etc., would it be okay to delete all these programs and just go with the Wizard Photo Program from Windows ? I noticed when I upload my pictures, the other programs always "grab" my pics, and then I have a heck of a time to get them over to "My Pictures" in Windows. Thanks for answering !

I don't want to risk losing the photos if my system crashes. I have been told that writing them to disk is also not a totally safe method.

I'm undecided whether to buy a good mixer or food processor as I want something which will whisk/beat cake batters and make bread dough and possibly pastry. The dicing and slicing would be great!

They have them all over Disneyland. It's a bunch of small pictures put together and it looks like one big picture. Also is there any free or cheap software that I can do this with my own personal pictures?

I have a Samsung X427, and have had it a year. I left it on a store counter, they called me to come and get it. When I bring it home I look inside and see that screen is smashed and wont work. I have lockline on the phone but they want $50 so they can send me a refurbished phone. Do I have any other options?
