I was at Circuit City tonight and the local price for it is $1,294.75. You can always get an even lower prices if you visit your local Circuit City store. Between them and Best Buy, Best Buy has THE worst polices of ANY retailer. I'm not a frequent shopper of "the City", but every time i go there the sales associates are very pleasant and attentive, an Honest retailer with fair policies. You can see they appreciate your time and consideration for your next purchase regardless of the amount of it., Nothing like that at Best Buy or Sears.

It's about right for a CRT. An LCD or plasma TV the same size is a lot less weight and much more expensive for the same size, but a 65" high definition CRT is still very impressive. Just make sure you have the space for it and get some strong guys to help you move it. ;)

I don't shop Circuitcity. They have a terrible policy. I waited a month to use my rain check for something I really wanted. I was allowed to do this but a employee used my rain check when they seen in their files it wasn't used yet. I had to start demanding for the manager and to shut me up they let me use it but would not admit there was a flaw in their policy. Haven't shop there since, about 15 years now.
