I would like to get a license just for the range, personal use. Or do you need to have a business to get one? Also, I went online to the FCC and checked out the forms I would need to fill out. Is anyone familiar with these forms? 605 and 159? They seem rather confusing to me.

My friend phone is a motorola V188 and the service is for T-Mobile. Is there anyway that I can get it to work with a Cingular plan, b/c when I put my SIM card into the phone I get the message: Enter Subsidy Pass...0

I know that different cell phones play more or less of their musical ringtones without repeating. I am trying to find out which brand of cell phone plays the longest part of its ringtone without starting over. On my phone, some of the ringtones I would like to use finish playing before they get to the part I really want to hear.

yes id like to upgrade to a better head phones for my i pod......pls suggest me a good one...iv short listed the folowin = ultrasone dj1 pro , ultrasone i cans , bang and olufsen a8 , n the bose triport!

im lookin for somethin with good bass levels , good looks ,good highs n mids ,crystal clear music , average noise cancellation n somethin under 200$!so pls suggest me the best for my requirements.

I live in England and have seen that several things that I want on dvd are region 1 only. I've seen multi region dvd players for only about £30 but will I need a different telly? And how can I be sure of getting the right stuff? I'd really apreciate some help, thanks.

It varies channel to channel but, I fell asleep with my tv on and was woke up by a really loud commercial and before I could get up and turn it down, it was normal again, and then I was wide awake. wah boo hoo tear cry :):)
