I got a sms lately from a # 3806330790** (NOTE: I have replaced the last 2 digits with * for security reasons) but am yet to get an idea about the identity of the sender. Things am very much interested to know about the sender: i. Country n city details ii. Tele provider

Your question is not very clear but . I guess you should be trying to figure out the country code . From the number you gave . I think the country code is 380 . That is from Yugoslavia

Have you tried calling this number to see who you will get. Or why not call your local operator, they might be able to tell you which area code it is, so you can at least know where the person is located.
