describe your auctions accurately, it's nice to give email notifications when you ship out a persons item, keep those emails to protect yourself if the buyer asks when you shipped it b/c they didn't get it....., encourage your buyers to purchase insurance so ofcourse you should offer it for certain things, answer your emails promptly (that's the biggest annoyance), don't jump the gun giving negative feedback...let it be a LAST resort, and lastly pack people's purchases well. i received a few things that were poorly packed and damaged and no refund of any kind offered. it's just not right. good luck.
