i already have the CASIO PROTREK watch which has a barometric altimeter which is actully not good to know the correct altitude. therefore i wish 2 buy a GPS decive which has the "REAL" altiemter (electronic). pls suggest me.

I don't think you can get them together, but i know the old-fashioned altimeter has spots across the country (Like the Grand Canyon) so you can fine-tune one to meet the actual altitude.

I have a Fujistsu Siemens PDA which is bluetooth enabled. I bought a Bluetooth GPS antenna and use Navigator software.The combination works well giving me longitude, latitude, altitude besides door to door navigation!
