Software - May 2007

I have heard that Limewire is the best yet a lot of people have gotten really bad viruses from limewire. So I would have to say that, Limewire is not the best.
Any other suggestions?
I know if you don't pay for it then it isn't legal but what sites that you don't have to pay for music is the best besides limewire?

How in the world do you open a JPG or GIF image from your Pictures folder to edit it using GIMPshop??? This program is very confusing and the Help tool was not helpful at all. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

when I turn computer on it comes up-------You may be the victim of software conterfeiting for genuine windows xp-------so if I hit resolve now takes me to a screen and wants me to put in #'s and disc I don't have them any more!!! I have Vista Premium and Microsoft Office. When MS Office installed, it appeared in the all programs list. I moved the Icon to the Desktop, but now it no longer appears on the all programs list - others on the desktop do. Recycling the Ms Office icon on the desktop does not cause it to reappear in the all programs list. How do I get MS Office off the desktop and back on the all programs list?

I'm dong a personal home page and I have a contact page. So I have the space where a person can put his name a space to put his e-mail adress and a space where he can put his message and a SUBMIT button. The thing is that a need an HTML code to link that button to send the information on a click to my e-mail adress. Can someone help me with this? I will apreciate it a lot.

Here is My hard drive setup


80 Gig SATA
*One partition Ubuntu
*One part swap
*One part vista
*It is full of these partition
320 Gig Sata
*One 50 Gig partition with XP


I want to be able to boot in to all of these when I want, how do I set them up, to tell the bios to read the linux first, then have the grub recognize both vista and xp.

P.S. the linux is ubuntu 7.04, and since I installed xp, I can not boot into it. Only boot with XP

I bought a new notebook with English version Windows Vista from a selling center last month. I requested to the seller to change the Windows version from Korean into English. They did it and shipped the notebook to me. Windows Vista was ok and active in the early days. After using a few day nearly one month, Windows validation asked for me production key for validation and I cannot activate the Windows because I got the wrong production key of another version from the licence sticker. May be seller forgot to change it too. I also didn't noticed it because windows work out well before comming validation. From the end user's point of view, I feel that it will be ok if Windows make one stop checking for validation when program installation. Now I got trouble to go to selling center again to get the right one.
