If you go to the nearest book store you can buy a Excel video tutorials for less than 25$. You will learn bits and pieces from websites and have to spend too much time looking for it.

If you use bit torrent you might be able to down load the CBTs yourself. Ebay also sell them for cheep, only look for a reputed company on ebay.

Everything in Excel IS a database.

There are tons of tutorials on the Microsoft Office web site.
