I just got a warning that said, "Could not print "file name" because of a problem writing the print file.

I've never had this warning before? What should I try to do?

Must just be the printer connection... it printed to another printer just fine. I also resaved it as a psd file. The other printer must be offline or something - I'll go check that out. Thanks for your help!

Try again, it may have been a one-time glitch.

Re-post with specifics if it persists.

you usually convert your colorings to CMYK earlier printing because of the fact CMYK are the colors used by using printers. RGB is, as pronounced above, the colors on your computer screen. in case you will print on the instant from photoshop, you could save your source report in layers, yet once you're taking it to a printer, that's cautioned to apply intense-high quality jpeg or pdf records (maximum printers will print from Adobe Acrobat and use pdfs). in case you export your report as a pdf, additionally pick "intense high quality" or "press high quality" whilst saving. once you're working in Photoshop, to have each and every of the techniques of filters, etc, availble to you, you're able to desire to artwork in RGB mode. as quickly as you have the layout you pick, convert to CMYK mode. there'll continuously be a reasonable shade substitute, so if it transformations the colors thoroughly, attempt to flatten the RGB report first and then convert to CMYK, and regulate Hue/Saturation if mandatory. Printing a report from a PSD can soak up too lots memory whilst sent to the printer and decelerate printing time, so in spite of if that's a great report with many layers, save a replica and rename it, flatten it and then print.

save your file in a different format (.eps, .pdf.) and try printing that file. Also restart the computer & printer. Make sure you save your photoshop file too, you can't go back one you save it as another format. :)
Good Luck
