Here is My hard drive setup

80 Gig SATA
*One partition Ubuntu
*One part swap
*One part vista
*It is full of these partition
320 Gig Sata
*One 50 Gig partition with XP

I want to be able to boot in to all of these when I want, how do I set them up, to tell the bios to read the linux first, then have the grub recognize both vista and xp.

P.S. the linux is ubuntu 7.04, and since I installed xp, I can not boot into it. Only boot with XP

There is a specific installation sequence to follow to make this work. XP, Vista, then Ubuntu.

Or you could try a Boot Manager like GAG first.
