when i first installed my office xp i had this cool little shortcut on the desktop - it went up the whole side of the page - somehow i pushed a button and now its in this really ugly box that i really dont like. how do i fix it? i already uninstalled and reinstalled it -it didnt help

What is the best solution or is there a program out there that wil easily let me copy my DVD movies to my pc so that I can watch them with out a disk. The vision I have in my head is to use media player 11 to view my DVD collection and with one click start watching the movie from my PC? has anyone one this or have any ideas. I relize this will probably take up alot of hard drive space but would be a nice to have something like that.

i have a dual boot system in my pc,it has ubuntu and windows xp,when i use xp everything seems to be fine,but when i use ubuntu,while working for some time my computer always suddenly stop responding,what seems to be the problem?

OK I need to make a line graph, with 0-15 minutes on the x-axis at .5 minute intervals. On the y-axis I need to put 35 to 80 degrees celcius at intervals of 5 degrees. Thanks for the help!

hi just been told that bt engine is a powerfull tool for torrent downloads and increases speeds but the only version available to download is a trial without paying for a full version, does anyone have a code for it or know where i can get a a free full download? and is it any good?

I have some avi video files that I'm putting on the mac, and I want them to be automatically divided into multiple clips. I'm not importing from a camera, they're just files. This is simple to do on windows movie maker but how it it done on imovie?

I can only use 1 at a time, and have seen conflicting info.
Obvioulsy I can install Vista on many machines, however I would have to pay for a licence for each.
I believe if you buy a full version, you can install on a laptop and desktop.
In practise, how is this done?

I'm looking for a way to install a mac formatted (with files) hard drive (ide) into a PC. I have seen a few programs out there that claim to do it, but I'm hoping for a freeware solution. I literally need about 30min with the hard drive then I'm done with it, I don't want to have to buy a program just for that.

Is it possible to convert a bin file to run in windows media player without any issues?(windows media player 11 is already set to play all the file file format it can)

If yes then could anybody please tell step by step how to do this.
I ve already manage to run the file using deamon tolls and also power iso .
I tried to run the file from virtual drive and when I click on that I see some folders one of them is named media ans the files in that folder can be open in real player but all the parts are out of order and when I select all to play it plays only one segment and you can imagine the desperate situation when there are lot of segments one minute each in length all out of order .
