I have put images on my phone before on the program,but now the Multimedia Studio never responds anymore,and it says 'Communication Port Unavailable',what does that mean?Its really annoying me,grrr lol =)

Hi
Please plug in the device where you normally plugged it in, on the same USG port. The problem is probably due to the fact that the device was never used on that particular port before...

Probably your USB drivers (or phone drivers) are messed up. Re-intall the program and please do not delete the saved files or you'll lose your pictures, ringtones and SMSes.
Next time make sure you only use use on USB port (hole/plug)...

I would reinstall Phone tools. Sounds like you may have changed something and it is not recognizing your settings. You could also try and delete your phone in Phone tools and re synch it to phone tools. I love phone tools. You can transfer anything and create your own ringtones, and get on line with a laptop no matter where you are. Excellent program. Good luck.

Sounds like a driver conflict possibly? Try looking for a motorola phone driver.
