You can't delete System32 from a PC with it running. That's physically impossible. System32 basically IS the operating system.
You need to get your Operating System installation CD and boot from it then reinstall the operating system over what is existing. hopefully you won't lose any data.

DO NO do a reinstall. Do a repair install.
Reinstall consists of formating your hard drive, wiping away everything on it and then reinstalling windows on the empty hard drive.
Repair install replaces the Windows files that are missing or damaged. You should not lose your data with this method.

GREAT... PERFECT!!!
You know you didnt REALLY need it anyway!
I just makes your harddisk, mouse, keyboard, monitor, ect, ect work!
Reformat the harddidsk and reinstall windows, or better yet, Linux/Unix.
