cuz...i really want to know...and i'm in film class and i need to make images that are like..streched out and stuff...and have fun effects and designes...so if anyone knows..plz tell!

I've heard that GIMP is good and Adobe is making Photoshop elements online soon so maybe by late this year everyone will be able to use Photoshop.

GIMP is a good, FREE, photoshop substitute. Obviously, it is not at in depth as Photoshop is, but if you're looking to spend little to none on a good program, this is it.

its called paint.net and i now use it instead of adobe photoshop (that i own)
