yeah, just a blank white square with a tiny broke-picture diagram in the upper left corner. REFRESH doesn't help, nor does close'n and reopening. What gives??

I've got a copied (burnt) version of Microsoft Office 2003. After I enter the product key, it says that it is corrupted or something along those lines. Is this because of the key or because the cd was a copied version?

I want to save two personal folders in MS Outlook so I don't lose the emails that I have saved there. I know I can export all my contacts, but what about saving emails in those folders?

I'm going to uninstall Office and then install the latest version, but I don't want to lose those emails.

Any help is much appreciated.

I want to retain the operating system XP Professional as I do not have the original disks as it was preloaded on the machine. I have purchased a 2Gb memory stick to offload the data & photos I am keeping. I am seeking advice as to which program will wipe the hard drive clean.

I asked an earlier question referring to illegal images found on my pc and how to remove them. I want to ensure nothing incriminating is left on the hard drive.

This is serious - please sensible answers only.

I downloaded the trial version of Kaspersky Labs antivirus 6.0. I was not satisfied with its functionality. Want to install another company's program instead, but must UNinstall Kaspersky first, natch. Can't. Kasjerky requires a *^&#$?! password, even though the trial period expired and the darned thing is functionally DEfunct. Not only that, but their online support requires the password just in order to contact them. (their phone support never answers, btw.) So I am stuck with this thing, unable to even install alternative protection. Or...?
Does anyone know, for example, how to get into my machine as administrator, in order to override the roadblocks to uninstallation? (Yes, I have tried both the Remove Program control panel AND manually deleting the program file. Nothing seems to work.)

the popup says "cannot install the WindowsInstaller. Check if the program CD is an original copy, and exchange it with a new CD if ti is not an original copy."
what in the world does this mean?? is there any way to view this?? do i have to burn this burned CD to another CD... if that makes any sense?

Ive just recently purchased a sata hard drive up till now Ive been using to 120gb IDE ones and after pluged in in the sata one it doesn't show up. it shows up when loading windows you can go into the Raid config Utility and stuff and it knows it there although the bios doesn't notice it and nore does windows!

1. Can u use both types in the same pc?
2. If so how do i set it up? to work Ive installed some drives in windows although it doesn't show up as a hard drive.

Hi

I was wondering if somone could help me im on the sky package with Sky Movies and I want to download films off the website but when I try and register on there and put my sky viewing card number in it says that its been put in before (and I do think I have tried to register before) but my password and username dont seem to be anyting I rememeber and when I press forgot password it dosent seem to go to any of my old email addresses so does anyone know what I can do cause id really like to be able to download the movies?
