Sky movies help?

Hi

I was wondering if somone could help me im on the sky package with Sky Movies and I want to download films off the website but when I try and register on there and put my sky viewing card number in it says that its been put in before (and I do think I have tried to register before) but my password and username dont seem to be anyting I rememeber and when I press forgot password it dosent seem to go to any of my old email addresses so does anyone know what I can do cause id really like to be able to download the movies?

It sounds very frustrating, but it looks as though you will have to phone Sky about this, which could be expensive. When you initially registered, you might have typed in a different e-mail than you thought. For example, you might have typed me@there instead of mee@there . I don`t think there is any way around this. Hopefully if you call them, they should be able to sort it out.
