there's some equipment out there that can do it. try thinkgeek.com, i know i saw one there.

You could probably just download a copy.
If you already own it I wouldn't worry about any legalities.

i use a software program called Soundforge.
I plug in my record player into the 'line-in' on my sound card with an adapter to change the rca type jacks to a 1/8th stereo jack
press record on the soundforge and play the side of the record.
when the side is done i cut the soundforge track into its separate parts and save them as their title
